HOT PEPPER SAUCE 
4 doz. small hot peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. honey
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Wash peppers and remove stem ends. Simmer peppers and garlic in medium saucepan with water to cover until tender. Press through a fine sieve and return to saucepan. Add honey and vinegar. Stir and simmer briefly until well blended.
