CHICKEN ROLLS 
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
1 can Campbell's chicken and rice soup
1 egg
1890 Dressing
Salt and pepper
2 lb. chicken cutlets

Crunch crackers and put into bowl. Add soup, egg, salt and pepper. Pound chicken. Put 1 tablespoon of cracker stuffing on each piece of chicken. Roll it and keep in place with a toothpick. Pour 1890 dressing over. Cook at 350 degrees for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
