SPAGHETTI CRUST PIE 
6 c. water
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Shortening
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (1 1/2 oz.) slice Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese

Make 6 oz. spaghetti according to package. Cook until tender. Drain well. Put into a large mixing bowl and add butter. Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl and add Parmesan cheese. Pour egg mixture over spaghetti and mix well.

Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Pour spaghetti mix into greased pie plate. Press spaghetti mix into greased pie plate. Press spaghetti with back of spoon to form it into a crust, building up sides. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat and onions. Drain off grease. Add pizza mix and warm. Spoon mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut triangles of Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese. Remove pie from oven and add cheese to pie. Bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
