MEXICAN FUDGE 
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar

Put 1/2 the mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat 3 eggs and add to cheeses. Then 8 ounce salsa, jalapeno (green) relish or red salsa. Pour over cheese in pan and add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
