WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
3 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. white flour

Dissolve sugar in water. Add yeast, then salt and oil and finally wheat germ and flour. Knead. Let rise once (about 2 hours). Make rolls the size of golf balls. Place in oiled pan and let rise about 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
