MEAT BALLS AND GRAVY 
MEAT BALLS:

3 lb. ground beef
4 slices bread and 1 crust
1 c. milk
3 eggs
5 tbsp. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Pinch of onion salt

GRAVY:

4 c. water
6 bouillon cubes
1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Kitchen Bouquet for color

Mix all meat ball ingredients in the blender except the meat. Then mix with the meat. Shape into balls and brown in butter.

Bring all gravy ingredients to a boil. Add meat balls and simmer. They can also be placed in a crock pot or in a roaster in a slow oven to finish cooking and kept warm.
