RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted

Make a regular pie crust. Arrange rhubarb in pie shell. Sprinkle strawberry Jello over rhubarb. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix by hand. Then sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until pie turns brown on top. Pie will look better if you fine rhubarb with a lot of red in it.
