STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and washed
1 tbsp. honey (optional)

Whip cream until stiff. Put whipped cream into a chilled bowl and set aside. Blend strawberries (and honey) until smooth. Fold gently into whip cream. Freeze without further stirring until firm.

Try with other fruits, too!
