PECAN CUSTARD PIE | |
3 eggs, well beaten 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. maple syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats 1/4 c. coconut 1/4 c. pecans 1 unbaked pie crust Combine first 7 ingredients in mixer bowl; mix well. Stir in oats, coconut and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. |
