OATMEAL-PECAN PIE 
1 (9") deep dish pie shell
2 eggs, beaten to blend
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 oz. pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie shell 10 minutes. Retain oven temperature at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile, beat eggs with sugars in large bowl. Mix in corn syrup, milk, melted butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in oats, coconut and pecans. Spoon filling into crust, spreading evenly.

Bake until set, 55 to 60 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve at room temperature.
