1 box chocolate instant pudding
1 carton Cool Whip
1 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts

Put pudding in medium size bowl. Add milk and half of Cool Whip; beat 2 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell. Spread remaining half of Cool Whip on pie. Sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate.
