1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 c. potato chips, crushed

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs then flour and soda which have been sifted together. Add potato chips and morsels and vanilla. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
