POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. crushed potato chips

Sift flour and salt together, cut in butter until it looks like crumbs. Add eggs, sugar, mix well. Add vanilla, walnuts and potato chips. Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Pat very thin with baking spoon. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Makes very thin crisp cookies.
