CORN MOUSSE 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. milk
2 cans creamed corn
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar

Dissolve cornstarch in milk. Mix all ingredients and put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered on High 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve. 6 to 8 servings.

For the "over-baked" look, put under broiler during standing time, then serve.
