DRIED BEEF AND NOODLES 
4 tbsp. butter
4 oz. dried beef
3 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1/2 (9 oz.) pkg. noodles

Melt butter in heavy skillet; add shredded dried beef and saute until curled. Remove beef; add flour to butter and blend. Add milk and cheese; cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Season to taste. Add dried beef and stir. Pour this mixture over cooked, drained noodles. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cover, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
