VEGETABLE CRUNCH 
2 lg. cans Veg-All, drained
1 sm. pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 can water chestnuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. box Cheeze Nips
1 stick melted butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Mix above ingredients and spread in large casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed Cheeze Nips and melted butter over first layer. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
