BRUNCH FOR A BUNCH 
1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
12 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Cook sausage until browned. Stir to crumble and drain. Place hash browns in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, then layer the sausage, cheese and green pepper. Combine milk and eggs, stirring well. Pour over sausage, hash browns, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
