IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin, cooked
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 carton Cool Whip

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour in oiled pan or oblong cake dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with Cool Whip when cool. Very, very good!
