60 MINUTE YEAST ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. flour, or enough so it doesn't stick to bowl
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar

Heat milk and butter until butter melts. Pour over sugar and salt in large bowl until dissolved. Add 1 cup flour then yeast. Next add eggs, then flour gradually.

Raise 20 minutes in warm place. Roll and cut. Put in greased pans and brush with melted butter and raise 20 minutes again. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
