ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
Zucchini
Mozzarella cheese
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Butter
Bacon bits (optional)

Slice and boil zucchini until tender. Drain very well in colander. Put 1 layer of zucchini in baking dish, cover with 1 layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat this about 3 or 4 layers. Sprinkle with bacon bits, if desired.

Melt some butter and mix with Italian flavored bread crumbs. Sprinkle these on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread crumbs are golden brown. Enjoy!
