1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. basking soda
6 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Sift together dry ingredients. Blend in remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
