CARAMEL POPCORN 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. dark syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 qt. popcorn, popped

Cook all ingredients except popcorn over medium heat until boils for 5 minutes. Prepare popcorn. Place popcorn in 9 x 13 inch pan and pour caramel mixture over popcorn. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes to mix caramel.
