RAINBOW PARFAIT 
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. chewy macaroons, crumbled
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pts. various colored sherbets

Combine all but the sherbets. Place 1/2 the mixture in a large cake pan. Dot the sherbet over the mixture. Spread slightly. Cover with remaining mixture. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 12-15.
