CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
1/2 c. milk
20 marshmallows
3 tbsp. creme de menthe
1/2 pt. heavy cream
14 chocolate ice box cookies, crushed
3/4 to 1 c. melted butter
OR
1 store bought chocolate crumb pie shell

If making pie crust, combine butter and cookie crumbs and press into a 9 inch pie plate.

For pie filling melt marshmallows over low heat in milk, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add creme de menthe. Whip cream and fold in; mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell and garnish with shaved chocolate. Chill 24 hours in refrigerator. Enjoy!
