SUMMER CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 stick butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c. flour
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners, sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Fruit topping

Mix together sugar, butter and flour and spread on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust. Spoon on any fruit topping.
