CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. instant biscuit mix
3 eggs
Tomato slices

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Place in bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine milk, biscuit mix and eggs. Beat until smooth and pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with tomato slices on top. Serves 6 to 8.
