ASPARAGUS STIR-FRY | |
1 lb. asparagus 2 tbsp. peanut oil 2 tbsp. chopped garlic 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. chopped ginger Snap the asparagus at the bottom; keep tops and throw the rest away. Slice asparagus down the center. Heat frying pan or wok on high until very hot. Cover bottom of pan with peanut oil. Stir in garlic, ginger and asparagus. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Asparagus should be crispy and bright green. Add soy sauce. Eat right away. |
