CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. boneless chicken breasts
Brick of Muenster cheese
Mushrooms, if fresh
1/2 c. water
Bread crumbs
Lemon juice

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Partially freeze chicken (easier to cut). Beat eggs, cover chicken. Refrigerate overnight. Melt butter, dip chicken into bread crumbs and brown chicken until cooked. Lay chicken into buttered long casserole. Cover with mushrooms.

Sprinkle lemon juice over lightly. Whole Muenster cheese slices cover all portions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese melts.
