OIL-VINEGAR SAUCE FOR CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. water 1 1/2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil Bring to a boil; dip chicken into it, place on outdoor grill and brown. When browned on both sides, place chicken in a cake pan and pour remaining sauce over chicken with about 1/2 cup water. Cover with foil and continue to cook on grill until soft, about 1 hour. |
