INSTANT PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (6 serving) pkg. vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. prepared whipped topping
1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled (or a ready crust)

Combine milk, pie filling, pumpkin, spices, and whipped topping in a deep narrow bottom bowl. Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set. Garnish with some of the whipped topping and pecans.

May be made with no sugar pudding mix and whipped topping for diabetics.
