NO BOIL CUSTARD 
1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
6 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. brandy flavoring (opt.)

Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in 2 quart jar or pitcher and refrigerate overnight. Stir well before serving. If thinner mixture desired, add small amount of milk.

For low cal - use 2% milk and sugar-free pudding mix and 5 packages Equal sweetener. Can be frozen into ice cream.
