WINE POT ROAST 
Roast
Worcestershire sauce
3-4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
Wine (white or red)
Kitchen Bouquet

Place roast with fat side up in heavy-duty pot. Sprinkle liberally with Worcestershire sauce. Mix 3 or 4 cans of cream of mushroom soup with 2 cans of wine (white or red). Pour over the roast. Sprinkle envelope of dried onion soup mix over the roast; cover and bake at 250 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours.

Remove the roast when cooked. Add a dash of Kitchen Bouquet to gravy. Serve gravy over your meat and potatoes or rice.
