MUSHROOMS-SOUR CREAM (GOMBO
MARTAS)
 
2 lbs. mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice mushrooms. Fry onion in butter until browned. Add parsley, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cover and saute about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and mix in thoroughly. Add 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add sour cream, keep heat low until sour cream gets warm and serve.
