YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
4 oz. seasoned stuffing
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3 c. cooked drained yellow squash
2 med. onions, chopped
2 oz. chopped pimento
1 c. sour cream

Mix butter and stuffing and put half in bottom of casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and put in dish and cover with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
