5-6 carrots, grated fine
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 sm. onion, grated (1 tbsp.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
5 tsp. mayonnaise
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Mix well and refrigerate.
