CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper

Chop cabbage into medium size pieces and spread in bottom of 13x9 pan. Brown meat and onion. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage.

In saucepan heat tomato soup and water until boiling. Pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover casserole with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
