TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can chopped black olives
1 red onion, chopped
2-4 tomatoes, cut up
1 c. cheese (1/2 c. Cheddar, 1/2 c. Monterey Jack)
1 lb. ground beef, cook and cool

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.

DRESSING:

Small carton sour cream
Same amount of mayonnaise
Small bottle of green taco sauce

Combine all ingredients. Pour over salad just before serving.
