ORANGE-GINGER PORK ROAST 
1 (2-4 lb.) boneless pork roast

GLAZE:

3/4 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Roast pork in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, basting with glaze every 10 minutes during last 30 minutes. Remove roast from oven when meat thermometer reads 155 to 160 degrees.
