VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix well. Pour in casserole. Roll 1 roll of Ritz crackers. Add 1 stick melted butter. Pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
