HERB CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf french baguette
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
3/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Oregano leaves, dry
Basil leaves, dry
Garlic salt
Butter, 1 cube softened

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice bread 3/4 of way through at 1 to 2 inch intervals to make little rounds. Carefully open slices and butter between each slice. Sprinkle a pinch of each herb in between each slice. Carefully slide a slice of Swiss cheese in between each slice. Sprinkle it with garlic salt. Wrap in foil and bake until cheese is melted all the way through.
