DUMP CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. raisins (if your kids like them)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dump all of the ingredients into an 8 or 9 inch square pan.

2. Mix all together with a fork or clean fingers. Batter will be very bubbly because of vinegar and baking soda. When well mixed, bake 20 minutes or until done.

3. Cool and cut in squares.
