HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix, dry
1 lg. can pineapple, drained

Combine preserves, dressing and mix in onion soup. Adjust to taste and spoon over chicken in baking pan. Cook 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. 10 minutes before done, add pineapple on top of chicken and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve over hot rice. Serves 2-4.
