HEARTY AND HEALTHY BEEF STIR-FRY 
Serve over cooked rice.

1 lb. lean beef, sliced thin
1/2 lb. broccoli, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. carrots, sliced
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar in small bowl. Heat 1/2 oil in skillet, add vegetables, stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Remove vegetables. Add rest of oil and meat, not more than 1/3 at a time. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until meat is done. Add soy mixture and cook until thick and clear. Add vegetables and garlic powder until heated.
