CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

VARIATIONS IN CREAM PUFFS SIZE:

1. 1/4 cup dough makes 12 puffs, bake 35 minutes.

2. Slightly rounded teaspoons for appetizers makes about 4 dozen. Bake 25-30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Heat water and butter to boiling. Stir in flour, stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, all at one time. Continue beating until smooth. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls 4 inches apart onto baking sheet (use Pam). Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool away from drafts.

Fill puffs with pudding, ice cream or meat mixture.
