FRUIT SHAKE 
2 c. unsweetened orange juice
1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
1 med.-ripe banana, sliced
1/4 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Chill thoroughly before serving. Only about 77 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
