CRANBERRY - ORANGE RELISH 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. onion, cut in eighths with 1/2 of the peel
3 c. raw cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water in blender container. Let stand 3-4 minutes. Add boiling water. Cover and process at "stir" until gelatin dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add sugar and orange. Cover and process at "grind" until finely chopped. Add cranberries. Cover and process in cycles until finely chopped. Add pineapple process until well blended. Pour into dish and chill until firm.
