SWEET CINNAMON QUICK BREAD 
2 c. all purpose or unbleached flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of one (9 x 5) or 2 (8 x 4 inch) loaf pans. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine all bread ingredients; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

Pour batter into prepared pan. In small bowl, combine all streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter and swirl lightly to marble.

Bake at 350 degrees. Bake 9 x 5 inch loaf 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 8 x 4 inch loaf for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from pan immediately - 1 loaf.

To sour milk, use 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice plus milk to make 1 cup.
