PICKLED EGGS 
2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. mild mustard
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 dozen shelled hard boiled eggs
6 whole cloves
2 sliced onions

Slowly blend vinegar into mustard. Add water, sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed, and cloves. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Pour over 12 hard-boiled eggs and sliced onions. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
