MINT BARK 
1 lb. white chocolate coating
1/2 c. finely crushed peppermint candy
Paraffin

Break white chocolate coating into pieces. Place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium power 5 to 6 minutes, stirring several times (melting times vary from oven to oven). Be careful not to burn. Can add a little paraffin if the melted coating is not fluid enough. Stir in crushed candy. Pour onto unbuttered aluminum foil and spread to about 1/4" thick. Let set until firm. Break into pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
