BEST EVER ALMOND BARK 
1 lb. white chocolate
1 c. raisins
1 c. whole almonds

Break up chocolate into small pieces and place in 2 quart microwave bowl. Microwave uncovered on High until melted, pausing to stir every 45 to 60 seconds to keep from scorching. Microwave times will vary from 3 to 6 minutes for all the chocolate to melt.

Immediately stir in raisins and almonds. Pour onto waxed paper flattening to a thin layer. Place in freezer for 5 to 10 minutes or until set. Break into small pieces and store in airtight container in a cool place.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
